My passion for food began in my childhood. My mother was an excellent cook and both of my parents entertained often. There was always something exciting happening at home and all around the dinner table.
Soon, I was immersed in this wonderful world of cooking and I never left.
Inspired by my family and friends, I decided to share my years of experience and passion for food preparation and preservation with those who truly want to learn.
